1. Overview

itemCrack respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed on our platform.

2. Filing a DMCA Claim

To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide: a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing content on itemCrack, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. Send all claims to [email protected].

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification. Include: identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error, your contact information, and your signature. We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant.

4. Repeat Infringers

itemCrack maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers. If a user receives multiple valid DMCA takedown notices, their account may be permanently suspended without prior warning.
